Q: Is delivery free on all orders?
A: Delivery is free on main land UK.
Q: Do you deliver to international?
A: Yes we do, there will be an extra charge.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: As we know how important it is to get the supplements you need, we aim (but do not guarantee) to deliver all orders the next working day. Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next working day before 2.00pm. Orders received on Friday will be delivered the following Monday and orders placed at the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday. Customers will be advised at time of order if this is the case. Elite Supplements cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss due to late or non-delivery.
Q: How do I shop online with Elite Supplements?
A: You can browse via category, or jump straight to your favorite brand. Shopping is easy and also helps and advice is always at hand on our free phone number (Coming Soon). Once you have viewed the reviews and have made you choice simply place the items in you basket and move onto the shopping cart (top right hand of the page) this will take you to three steps entering your details through to check-out.
Q: How do I register an account?
A: It’s easy; find the supplements you require and click add to basket. Click on View cart / Checkout, this will lead you to the shopping cart. Once you have entered you personal details you will be require entering a user name of your choice and a password. This can be used later to check past buying history or dispatch status. For future purchases you will be able to simply log on and pay for your goods in 3 simple stages making checkout much swifter.
Q: How do I read and use reviews?
A: Click on the supplement of your choice; then click the review tab. You can enter you own review to help other members find the best supplements in the future.
Q: What do you do with my personal details?
A: At Elite Supplements we endeavour to keep your personal details completely private and secure. We do not work with any other third party or give out your details to any other companies. We do however file your e-mail for future e-mail campaigns and Athlete newsletters (these can be opted out of at any time).
Q: Is it secure to order online? Will people see my card details?
A: It is 100% safe to shop with elite-supplements.co.uk. Once you've picked your products and entered your details you are passed on to Velocity Pay secure server page to enter payment details. These details are immediately encrypted and processed. We do not manually process card details through a terminal or store card details on a server. We believe our system to be of the very latest method to date.
Q: What time of day will my order arrive?
A: We use Royal Mail for smaller items such as Capsule products and Creatine up to 1kg. These should arrive with you at your normal “Post Man” delivery time. For larger items over 1kg we use parcelforce; they operate between 9.00am and 8.00pm at night.
Q: Can I have it sent to my work address and would I need to sign for it?
A: Yes you can, most of customer takes advantage of this. Alternatively you can request on the shopping cart for you supplements to be left safe with a neighbough. Yes all items do have to be signed for.
Q: Are all you items in stock?
A: We are fortunate to have an excellent network of suppliers so usually if we are out of stock it takes no longer than 2 working days maximum to re-order the stock in. No company can ensure to never be out of stock of anything but we can ensure that we are very quick to restock the products. We do also notify you right away if the item or items are out of stock.
Q: What if my Supplements are damaged in the post?
A: Your goods are insured. If you are not 100% happy with you goods upon receipt then please inform us within 24 hours and provide an image. We will replace your damaged goods.
