DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Recommended UsageTo make this great-tasting shake mix 100g (approximately 3 heaped scoops) with 350ml water or skimmed milk until a smooth, even consistency of powder is achieved.
Reflex Crunchy Pieces will not dissolve when mixed.
Shake well before use. 1 scoop = 60ml measure (approximately 33g).
