DIRECTIONS FOR USE
As a guideline we would suggest the following protocol for bodybuilding purposes; TRAINING DAY Serving 1: Consume 1 capsule with a carbohydrate containing meal of 50-100g content 1-2 hours before your workout
Serving 2: Consume 1 capsule with your post workout carbohydrate containing meal of 50-100g content
NON TRAINING DAY Consume with 1 of your high carbohydrate meals that contains at least 50g of carbohydrates
PLEASE NOTE if high carbohydrate meals aren't being consumed then there will be no need to utilise such a product
