Delivery charges and destinations

Eligible orders over £10 to UK mainland addresses qualify for free standard delivery. Postcode, destination and product exclusions can apply. Available delivery services and the final charge for your address are displayed at checkout before you pay. If no suitable delivery option is offered, contact us before ordering for a quote; any additional charge must be agreed before payment.

Delivery estimates

Our standard delivery estimate is 3–5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Product-specific or checkout estimates take precedence where clearly stated before purchase. Equipment, accessories, remote destinations and international orders may need a different service and longer delivery time. Do not assume next-day delivery unless that service is expressly offered and confirmed.

We will let you know about a material delay and explain the available options, including cancellation where applicable. These estimates do not remove your statutory delivery rights. Unless another delivery period is agreed, consumer orders must normally be delivered within 30 days.

Tracking and delivery problems

Use the tracking details in your dispatch confirmation where provided. If a parcel is late, missing or damaged, contact us with your order number. Prompt notification and photos can help us investigate, but your statutory rights do not depend on reporting damage within 24 hours or marking a courier’s delivery note.

Please check your delivery address before paying and contact us quickly if you notice an error. Any proposed redelivery charge will be explained and agreed; it does not remove rights where a problem is our responsibility.

The standard checkout zone currently covers the United Kingdom, Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man. The configured standard rate is £1.99 for order values from £0.01 up to and including £10, and free for order values from £10.01 up to £10,000.
